
Smoked chicken
Description
Marinate the chicken for two hours, then send it to be smoked. After removing it from the smoker, you need to take off the chicken’s blackened skin, cut it into pieces, and serve it with your favorite sauce. Now you can begin the meal—on your table is environmentally friendly, natural, and very tasty smoked chicken.

Defrost the chicken and rinse it. Rub it with spices, pepper, and salt. Put it in a polyethylene baking bag and leave it to marinate for 2 hours. After that, take out the chicken and hang it up to dry. I hung it on a branch of the nearest tree.

While the chicken is marinating, you can prepare the smoker. Sprinkle a small layer of wood on the bottom. You can use alder, bird cherry, or cherry wood chips. Then install the drip tray for fat. And finally, the rack for the chicken. Place the dried carcass on it.

Now close the smoker and place it over high heat for 40 minutes.

After that, remove the smoker from the heat and wait 3–5 minutes before opening the lid to prevent ignition.

Using this method, the chicken was not only smoked, but also baked.

Take the chicken out of the smoker and remove the black skin from it. The chicken is ready.
