Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. To prepare smoked lamb, make a brine from water, salt, sugar, and ground spices. Place the meat in the brine for 24 hours. Then wrap it in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Smoke the lightly baked meat on a grill with juniper branches for 20 minutes. Cool the finished smoked lamb, slice it, and serve. Serve the appetizer at the table.
