Apple turnovers made from cottage cheese dough

Description

Homemade pastries for tea. Delicious autumn pastries for tea. Knead the dough using all the ingredients and let it rest for 20 minutes. Slice the apples into thin pieces. Roll out the dough, cut it into triangles, and place apple slices on them. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, fold the edges of the dough over, and place the buns onto a baking sheet. Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, sprinkle with poppy seeds, and bake for 25 minutes.

    Mix the cottage cheese, egg, half of the sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly. Add flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.

    Cut the apples in half, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly.

    Roll out the dough, cut it into triangles, make cuts as shown in the photo.
