Ham and Cheese Envelopes
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. One of the tastiest fillings is ham with cheese. For the filling, you can simply slice the ham and cheese. Or you can chop them finely or even grate them on a coarse grater and mix with mayonnaise. Optionally, you can add herbs or tomatoes. Serve with herbs and sauce.

To make the envelopes, prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose ham and cheese to your taste.

You can cut the lavash into pieces of the desired size. Spread mayonnaise on the lavash.

Place the sliced ham and cheese on the lavash.

Fold the edges of the lavash over the filling.

Fold into an envelope shape so the filling stays inside.

Then fold all the envelopes.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot skillet and place the envelopes on it. Fry them for about a minute on each side.
