Description

Homemade pastry for tea. Mushroom envelopes are a delicious and light appetizer-canapé. Making the envelopes usually takes no more than 30–40 minutes. By the way, you can use any mushrooms for the filling. Envelopes turn out especially tasty with chanterelles. But it is very important to make sure all the liquid evaporates while frying! Otherwise the mushroom envelopes may leak and even fall apart. But you shouldn’t overcook the mushrooms either. Good luck.

    Slice the mushrooms (not too finely).

    Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and sauté briefly over low heat.
