Lavash envelopes with ham and cheese
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Overall, the whole process won’t take more than 15–20 minutes, which is very convenient and economical. I now make these little envelopes myself. I prepare them for the holiday table and for breakfast, and I also take them to work. You can make them with a different filling, but this version won me over with how fast it is. Serve with greens and sauce.

2. I grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, cut the ham into small pieces, peel and grate the garlic on a fine grater, and thoroughly mix the mixture.

3. I place a square of lavash on the table, roughly divide it into sections, and put the filling on one of them.

Step 6

6. The frying process takes only 2–3 minutes, sometimes even less. I place the envelopes on a plate and serve them hot.
