
Lavash envelopes with boiled eggs and sour cream

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the eggs for the filling in advance and let them cool.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs, transfer them to a deep bowl, and mash with a fork.

Add green onions sliced into rings, or any other fresh herbs to taste.
