Lavash envelopes with cheese

So you can serve these envelopes for lunch or dinner — everyone will eat their fill, and there will even be some left for next time.

   1. Boil the eggs and rice and let them cool. Chop the eggs and processed cheese, mix with the rice. Add finely chopped onion. Season to taste. Spread the mixture on lavash.

   2. Divide the lavash into equal squares, and spread the filling on each square. Then fold the squares to form envelopes. Fry the envelopes in vegetable oil.
