Canned onions for winter
Description
Preservation recipe without unnecessary complications. I can't help but share with you a simple recipe for preparing canned onions for winter. In this version, the onion is preserved whole; if you prefer, you can slice it into half-rings beforehand. In that case, it will be much more convenient to use in salads. The preserves should be stored in a cool place. Good luck. The jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.

Onions are best when medium-sized.
