Canned fried chanterelles
Description
Perfect for winter preserves. This is a simple recipe for canned fried chanterelles. Everything is prepared in the simplest way: we wash the mushrooms and clean them of debris, then boil them in salted water for 15 minutes. After boiling, we fry the chanterelles in a pan with onion, salt, pepper, and butter. All that remains is to seal and cool the preserves; store in the refrigerator. Good luck. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
