Horse meat in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the horse meat more tender, I recommend stewing it. A multicooker works perfectly for this. Also, I suggest marinating the horse meat in mustard before cooking in the multicooker. This will make it much tastier and more flavorful. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First marinate the horse meat: cut it into cubes, salt and pepper it, thoroughly coat in mustard, and let it marinate for half an hour.
- 2
Step 2

Meanwhile, chop the vegetables: tomatoes into quarters, carrots into rounds, and peppers into cubes.
- 3
Step 3

Transfer the horse meat and vegetables to the multicooker bowl, pour in the water, and set the "Stewing" mode for 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Step 4

You can also prepare steamed broccoli as a side dish. Serve the ready horse meat from the multicooker hot right away.
