Kiwi jam
Description
A simple way to prepare it in advance. You can make kiwi confiture at home using a stovetop, as well as a multicooker or bread machine. 1. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. 2. Squeeze lime or lemon juice. If desired, you can also add a little grated zest. 3. Place the kiwi with lemon juice over heat. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5–7 minutes. 4. Then add sugar (the amount depends on how sweet the kiwi is and your taste preferences). Stir. Add a little water if necessary. Simmer over low heat until thickened. This kiwi confiture recipe can also be used with kitchen appliances if one of the programs is “jam”. 5. Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of warm water. 6. Add it to the pot with the kiwi. Mix thoroughly. 7. After just 2–3 minutes, the confiture can be removed from the heat. It can be poured immediately into jars, and after cooling, cover with tight lids and place in the refrigerator.
