Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use fresh or frozen berries to make the jam. This method works not only for black currants but for any other berries as well. You can adjust the thickness to your taste. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients for making the jam.

    Sort the blackcurrant berries, removing stems and leaves. Wash them. Then blend using an immersion blender. If you prefer a smoother consistency for your finished jam, blend thoroughly. I leave some berry pieces for a more natural taste.

    Add sugar to the crushed berries. Place over heat and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

    In a glass, mix the starch with water.
