Banana-filled candies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You don't need to turn on the oven or spend a long time in the kitchen to make these candies—they can be prepared very quickly, and most importantly, they turn out just as good as store-bought ones. If you don't like bananas, you can replace them with nuts, dried fruits, or other fruits and berries. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. For making candies, you need regular (even the cheapest) shortbread cookies. Take them out of the package and crush into crumbs using a rolling pin or a blender.
- 2
Step 2

2. Transfer the crushed cookies to a wide bowl, where it will be convenient to mix, and add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk with a heap.
- 3
Step 3

3. Thoroughly mix the mixture with your hands or a spoon (but it's still more convenient to do this with your hands).
- 4
Step 4

4. Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise, then slice into smaller pieces. You may not need the entire banana.
- 5
Step 5

5. I crush walnuts with a rolling pin or blender, add them to the cookies and condensed milk, and shape into a log.
- 6
Step 6

6. Roll out the sausage-shaped dough so it becomes flat, then place banana slices in a row, one next to the other.
- 7
Step 7

7. Carefully and tightly pinch the edges of the sausage. The filling should be completely enclosed inside.
- 8
Step 8

8. Once again, I roll the sausage (this time with the filling).
- 9
Step 9

9. Cut the mixture into pieces with a knife (you can do it randomly or as you prefer).
- 10
Step 10

10. Melt the white chocolate (you can use dark or milk chocolate), and dip each candy on the sides where the banana is visible.
- 11
Step 11

11. Place the candies on a cutting board to set.
- 12
Step 12

12. Sprinkle lightly with the remaining cookie crumbs and place the candies on a board into the refrigerator for several hours.
