Candies (original recipe)

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Now you know how to make delicious "Korovka" candies. As it turns out, you can make these candies at home. They go perfectly with tea and coffee. Both kids and adults will love them :) Serve chilled.

   Mix sour cream and sugar in a saucepan, place over heat. Simmer the mixture for one hour, until the sugar dissolves completely.

   The mixture should thicken and acquire a creamy color.

   Transfer the mixture to a container and let it cool, then shape into candies and roll them in powdered sugar. "Korovka" candies are ready.
