
Cereal Crispy Banana and Cocoa Bars
Description
The recipe won't take much time. My candies are sugar-free, gluten-free, yet nutritious and rich in fiber. The sweetness of banana was enough for me; if you prefer sweeter desserts, add a bit of sweetener. These candies taste and look very similar to chocolate truffles. Delicious and aromatic. Serve chilled.

Prepare the necessary ingredients to make delicious and healthy candies. Round crispy rice cakes, corn cakes, rice-corn cakes, multigrain cakes, or unsalted buckwheat cakes are perfect for these candies.

Break the crispbreads into pieces and place them in the blender bowl. Optionally, you can add walnuts or dried fruits.

Crush the crackers into crumbs.

Add a ripe banana broken into pieces and cocoa powder.

Grind for 1 minute. The finished mixture will become sticky, moist, but will hold its shape well and be easy to mold.

With wet hands, shape the chocolate mixture into cone-shaped pyramids. Roll in the remaining cocoa.
