Honey candies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This honey candy recipe, in my opinion, is a true little culinary masterpiece! But I should mention right away—I have a huge sweet tooth, so the combination of honey and chocolate doesn't bother me at all! But if you, let's say, don't care for this flavor combination, simply skip the chocolate glaze, as it's primarily for decoration. Otherwise, I'll explain how to make honey candies, and wish you good luck. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Using a blender or meat grinder, grind and mix the nuts, raisins, steamed prunes, and dried apricots.

Step 2

2. Separately mix the lemon juice and honey. If the honey is old, you can melt it in a water bath. Pour this sauce over the candy mixture and mix well once again.

Step 3

3. Form small balls from this mixture. Put them in the refrigerator for now, so they hold together better.

Step 4

4. Meanwhile, melt the white and dark chocolate separately. Now dip each candy into one or the other saucepan, and use the other type of chocolate to create patterns. Let them set in the refrigerator.
