Candies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The combination of Nutella, chocolate, nuts, and wafers in the candies made according to this recipe makes them similar to "Ferrero Rocher." You can substitute hazelnuts with other nuts if desired, but be sure to use dark chocolate, as it provides a beautiful color and pleasant bitter taste. You can add the nuts directly into the glaze to make it more textured, or sprinkle them over the finished candies. I'll explain below. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Add finely chopped nuts and wafer cookies cut into small pieces to the Nutella, mix well until uniform. The mixture should be quite thick and slightly crumbly.

Step 2

2. Place the chocolate mixture in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to allow it to firm up enough for shaping candies. Form small candies from the slightly hardened chocolate mixture and return them to the refrigerator for another 15–20 minutes (or to the freezer for 5 minutes).

Step 3

3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over a double boiler on low heat, previously breaking it into pieces in a dry plate.

Step 4

4. When the chocolate has melted, dip the candies into it (a wooden skewer works well for this). Place the candies on a plate lined with plastic wrap and sprinkle with nuts.

Step 5

5. Place the candies in the refrigerator until the glaze hardens.
