Candies
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I think these homemade "Baranochki" candies are perfect for when you want to surprise guests with something new! Actually, I didn't have enough "baranochki," so I stuck cashew nuts into some of the candies. They turned out very tasty too, but such candies didn't hold together well. Anyway, feel free to experiment with ingredients and flavors. I'll tell you more. Serve chilled.

Step 1

1. Pour the condensed milk into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add the butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon as the mixture thickens and darkens, remove from heat.

Step 2

2. Now roast the nuts and grind them in a blender into crumbs. My condensed milk turned out not sweet enough, so I also added some sugar to the nuts. Mix this sweet nut crumb into the condensed milk. Shape the mixture into candies, then refrigerate. If it's too sticky, add more nuts or cookies.

Step 3

3. Melt the chocolate. When the candies have slightly frozen and set in the refrigerator, dip them first into the melted chocolate, then into sugar. Insert a piece of bagel on the side. Return them to the refrigerator until completely frozen.
