Description

The shelf life of this colorful and tasty preserved drink is 1 year, as currants contain small seeds. You can prepare the compote in just 20 minutes, let it cool down in the kitchen, and later transfer it to a pantry, cellar, or basement. Be sure to taste the drink before sealing the jars, so you can adjust the flavor if necessary. Ready to serve.
