Description

The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Ingredient quantities are given for a 1-liter container. You can warm the compote in a saucepan or microwave during colder weather and serve it for breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack. It's best to drink rosehip compote through a straw to prevent it from staining your tooth enamel. The drink is ready to serve.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Collect rose hips at the end of summer or in autumn. Any apple variety can be used.

    Rinse rosehip berries in water, cut off their fluffy tails, and remove the stems. Place them in a saucepan or pot.

    Wash the apples in water and cut them into quarters. Remove the core parts and slice the quarters. Add the sliced apples to the pot with the rose hips.
