Cherry and mulberry compote for winter

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. We'll prepare the compote using the triple-pour method, so there's no need for additional pasteurization. The combination of mulberries and cherries is delicious—cherry flavor dominates, while mulberries give the drink a rich color and a subtle taste. The compote can be served warm or cold. It's a great option to diversify your winter preserves. Make a note of it—serve chilled.
