Fruit compote for infants
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Every mother should definitely know how to properly make compote from dried fruits, so she can quickly give it to her child when needed. You can use either homemade dried fruit mix or store-bought, but make sure it's of good quality. This drink is truly beneficial for young children, especially during cold seasons when fresh vitamins are scarce. It's better not to add sugar for children under one year old, but if you decide to, 1–2 teaspoons will be sufficient for this amount. Serve chilled.
