Dried rosehip compote
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can additionally add a couple of lemon slices or a dried apple to the compote, and for aroma, use a cinnamon stick and cloves. Instead of sugar, you can add honey or a sweet syrup, such as agave or Jerusalem artichoke, at the very end. The compote turns out moderately sweet, with a slight characteristic tartness from the rosehip. The drink is ready to serve.
