Hawthorn compote
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's better to strain the compote through a fine sieve before use, but if the berries are fresh or whole, this step is optional. The drink is rich in vitamin C, other vitamins, and beneficial substances. It effectively boosts immunity and has diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and cholagogue properties.
