Description
The recipe won't take much time. Today we'll go over it together. It can be served.

Step 1
Wash the apples and make 4 pricks in each one (with a toothpick). Remove the pits from the plums.

Wash and sterilize the jar for compote. Sterilize the lids for 3 minutes. Place the fruits into the jar.

Pour boiling water over everything, let it sit for 15 minutes.

Drain the liquid from the jar into a saucepan. Add sugar to it. Cook until it forms a syrup. Then pour it back into the jar.

Seal with a lid and leave to cool (upside down). Enjoy your tasting!
