Compote from paradise apples with mint

Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, you can make this compote using regular apples as well. Adding cinnamon and vanilla to the compote would also be a nice touch. The drink is ready to serve.

1. Wash the apples and prick them with a toothpick in several places.

2. Sterilize the jars and place the apples in them. About 400 g per 3-liter jar.

3. Boil the water and pour it into the jar. Let it sit for 20 minutes.

4. Then pour back into the saucepan. Bring to a boil, pour again, leave for 20 minutes and drain back into the saucepan.

5. Put mint into jars. Add sugar to the drained water and bring to a boil.
