Peach compote
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. To make peach compote, use only healthy, firm fruits, as a single spoiled piece can spoil the entire jar, causing it to bulge and burst. Sterilize the jars and lids. If you don't have lemon juice, use a pinch of citric acid. The compote is very tasty and aromatic, and the preservation process won't take much time. Ready to serve.
