Sea buckthorn compote for winter
Description
Sea buckthorn compote helps restore energy during the fall-winter and spring seasons, when the body especially lacks vitamins. You can prepare this compote not only from sea buckthorn alone, but also combine it with other berries or fruits. The ingredient amounts I've listed are for one one-liter jar. If you're using a larger jar, simply increase the ingredients proportionally. The drink is ready to serve.
