
Raspberry and chokeberry compote for winter storage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can adjust the ratio of berries to your taste. The color will be darker if the juneberries are fully ripe. The drink stores well at room temperature in a dark and dry place.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making black chokeberry and raspberry compote for winter. Sort the berries, rinse them, let the water drain off, and remove any stems. Sterilize the jars using any convenient method.
