Compote from dried apricots, prunes, and raisins

Description

No juice, except freshly squeezed, can match the health benefits of this drink—compote made from dried fruits. Dried fruits retain almost all the beneficial nutrients originally present in fresh berries. However, the compote must be cooked properly to preserve all these nutrients during cooking. Do not boil dried fruit compote for more than 15–20 minutes. After cooking, let the compote steep well, allowing the dried fruits to impart their aroma and beneficial substances into the drink. Then it's ready to serve.
