Strawberry and pear compote for winter storage

1140 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Choose fully ripe strawberries for compote, without spoilage or dirt, to achieve a rich flavor and color. If the berries are large, you can cut them into 2-4 pieces. Select firm pears so they don't become soft or fall apart in the compote, ensuring a clear result. The compot stores well at room temperature in a dark place. Serve chilled.
