Strawberry and tangerine compote for winter storage
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The compote can be stored for up to a year in a cool place, such as a cellar. Thanks to the tangerine, it's not overly sweet, although it can be diluted with soda or cold boiled water. Serve chilled.
