Cranberry compote for colds
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. You can use either fresh or frozen cranberries for the compote, but if using frozen, they should first be thawed in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf. Cranberries are quite sour, so to prevent oxidation, it's better not to use iron cookware. That's why you should squeeze the juice through a cloth, and store the finished juice in glass or porcelain containers.
