
Pear and orange compote for winter

Wash the pears, remove the stems and seed cores. Cut into small slices. Place the pears into a sterilized jar.

Pour boiling water over the pears and orange. Let it stand for 20 minutes. Drain the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil again.
