Grapefruit and apple compote for winter
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. A successful and healthy combination of two fruits, each delicious on its own. The well-known benefits of apples are undeniable. Grapefruit, on the other hand, has a specific medicinal effect on our body—for example, it increases acidity. Yet, in this compote, they complement each other perfectly. I suggest preserving this wonderful fruit compote for winter. The pleasant bitterness of this citrus fruit combined with the sweet-and-sour taste of apples is exactly what our body needs during the winter months. Make a note of this recipe—you can serve it right away.
