Description

You can use red or yellow cherries; I prefer red ones. Cherry compote always turns out aromatic. This compote can be served with any desserts, baked goods, etc. Keep this recipe in mind for variety in your winter preserves—it's an excellent option.

    Prepare the ingredients. Wash the liter jar and sterilize it using a convenient method—over steam or in the oven.
