Cherry and bird cherry compote for winter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Red chokeberry is much larger and juicier than its relative, but has less astringent properties. Cherry and chokeberry complement each other perfectly, and citric acid enhances the color and acts as a preservative. The drink is ready to serve.
