   Mash the cottage cheese with the eggs.

   Add sugar, salt, and baking soda. Mix everything.

   Add the flour and knead an elastic dough.

   Roll the dough into a sausage and cut it into small pieces. Shape these pieces into balls.

   Sauté them in oil over medium heat.
