Instructions

Step 1

Using a separator, separate egg yolks from egg whites. Pour water, oil, salt, and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Without removing from heat, add flour and stir until the dough easily pulls away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and, while continuing to knead, gradually add the yolks one at a time.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sprinkle the baking sheet with flour. Place the dough into a "Magic Ball," pipe onto the baking sheet in the shape of rings, spacing them 3–4 cm apart. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare the filling. Heat the cream without bringing it to a boil. Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar and starch. While continuing to beat, gradually pour in the hot cream. Cook, constantly whisking, until the cream thickens. Remove from heat.

Step 4

Using another attachment of the "Magic Ball," fill the prepared rings with the filling.

Step 5

Place the butter and chocolate in a mixer, then put it into a mixing container filled with hot water. After a few minutes, the chocolate will melt and blend with the butter.

Step 6

Place the mixture of butter and chocolate into the "Magic Ball," attach the thinnest nozzle provided, and create a chocolate "grid" on the rings.
