Sausage
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. The original sausage “roses” pastry is a creation of a chef with imagination. The roses are small baked sandwiches, making them great for buffets and appetizers at festive or ceremonial events. Their preparation requires little time—30 minutes, puff pastry, and sausage. When serving, the roses can be brightened with a fresh cucumber (it resembles foliage) and served. They can be served with tea or coffee.
