Remove the bacon from the package and cut it in half.

Wrap each sausage in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Roll the roulades in brown sugar and place them on a baking sheet.

Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Serve hot.
