Sausages with cabbage and beans

Description

Remove the thick cabbage stems and discard. Coarsely chop the cabbage, wash and dry it. Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Preheat the oven. Place the sausages on a baking sheet. Roast, turning occasionally, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes. While the sausages are cooking, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cabbage, garlic, and 1/2 cup of water; season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and rinse the beans, then add them to the skillet along with the vinegar. Cook until the beans are heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
