Sausages in a pan
Description
Sausages fried in a pan are a very simple and quick option for a hearty lunch or dinner, perfect for a large group or family. It usually takes me about 20 minutes to prepare, which is why I love this dish so much. Pan-fried sausages are quite easy to make. The most important thing is to use fresh sausages. Frying them in a large amount of oil isn't my style, so I prefer using a good frying pan with just a little olive oil. I recommend frying the sausages over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can sear them over high heat first to form a crust, then simmer them covered for a short while. Try it out and share your feedback. Good luck and enjoy!
