Pork sausages
Description
If you want to make the flavor of homemade sausages more interesting and unique, instead of water you can add half a cup of dry red wine to the meat and spices. This also gives the sausages a pleasant aroma. For herbs, I recommend using parsley, dill, or cilantro. Also, don't forget to season the meat with pepper before stuffing the casing.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, prepare the pork. Wash it and dry it, then cut into small pieces suitable for grinding in a meat grinder.

Step 2

Peel and chop the onion. Grind the meat in a meat grinder together with the onion. Depending on the desired consistency and density of the sausages, you can grind it twice. Add finely chopped herbs, seasonings, and spices.

Step 3

Add water to the meat and mix thoroughly. Now you can shape the sausages using a special sausage-stuffing attachment on the meat grinder, packing the meat mixture tightly into the casing and tying it off with string.

Step 4

You can store the finished sausages in the freezer or cook them immediately. They are very tasty when grilled and served with potatoes or other vegetables.
