Grilled sausages in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. To prepare grilled sausages, we'll need chicken fillet (you can use thigh meat), turkey, and ready-made pork casings. I buy such casings at the market—they don't need to be washed or cleaned and can be used right away for making sausages. I recommend adding rosemary and thyme to the filling for a wonderful aroma! To achieve a grilling effect, I suggest using the "Frying" mode. Serve hot.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Rinse the turkey fillet, remove all membranes, and chop finely.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Then finely chop the meat. I do not recommend using a meat grinder or blender: bird meat is very tender. Add spices to taste and mix well.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Do the same with the chicken fillet. Then mix both minces, add chopped rosemary and garlic.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

    Mix until smooth.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

We start making the sausages: tie a knot at the end of the casing, slightly slide the casing onto a tube (you can use a cut-off wide syringe), and fill it with the meat mixture.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

    Then tie the end.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Make small sausages so they fit easily in the multicooker bowl. Lightly grease the bowl with sunflower oil, place the sausages inside, and set the multicooker to either "Baking" or "Frying" mode for 20 minutes. I use the "Frying" mode, but it depends on your multicooker—which mode will cook them better.

These sausages grilled in a multicooker turned out so nicely browned and delicious.
