Boiled sausage
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. The sausage requires a special tall mold, but at home you can cook it in mugs or glasses well greased with vegetable oil. Do not fill the molds all the way to the top, because the sausage will expand during cooking, and then after it has fully cooled it will settle slightly. The sausage is very tasty and juicy; my family eats it with pleasure. Want to add color? Then add a spoonful of raw beet juice. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Let's get started!
- 2
Step 2

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place them in the food processor bowl.
- 3

Add garlic, salt, egg, starch, pepper, and paprika.
- 4
Step 4

Add the milk.
- 5
Step 5

Mix until completely smooth; it took me 3–4 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

For sausage you need a small-diameter glass or ceramic mold; mugs or glasses work well if you don't have a ham boiler (a tall pot with a thermometer). I used three tall 250 ml glasses. Grease the glasses with vegetable oil. Fill with chicken mince so there are no air pockets. Don't fill the glasses too full—the mince will expand slightly.

Step 7

Line the bottom of a saucepan with a towel. Place the glasses and cover each one with plastic wrap. Pour in enough water so that it is level with the filling. Cover with a lid and place the saucepan on the stove. Bring to a boil.
- 8
Step 8

Simmer the sausage at a gentle boil for 40 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Chill the sausage, then slice into rings and taste!
- 10
Step 10

Serve immediately or slightly chilled.
