Description
The recipe won't take much time. This sausage isn't simple to prepare. To achieve perfect results, you'll need to put in some effort. But the outcome will be delightful, as turkey sausage is truly a delicious dish that you can serve to any guest. Serve it hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the turkey fillet under water and cut it into small pieces, sized to fit into the meat grinder's neck.
- 2
Step 2

Squeeze all the garlic into the turkey. Cut the bacon into small cubes and add to the mixture. The bacon is added to prevent the sausage from becoming too dry. In principle, you can omit the bacon if you are on a strict diet.
- 3
Step 3

Add spices to taste. Any pepper blends work perfectly here—it's up to your imagination. Leave the meat in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.
- 4
Step 4

Take natural casing. Grease the meat grinder nozzle with fat to prevent the casing from tearing. Put the casing onto the meat grinder.
- 5
Step 5

Slowly and carefully slide the meat grinder attachment upwards so that it reaches the bottom of the casing. Leave only a small tail.
- 6
Step 6

Squeeze the meat into the casing. Once it fills the bottom, tie off the end and make a knot. Slowly fill your sausage. It should form a ring.
- 7
Step 7

Tie a knot at the end when there is almost no space left.
- 8
Step 8

Place the sausage on a baking sheet, add a little water and vegetable oil. Pierce it in several places with a fork so that the sausage doesn't crack. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.

Step 9

Turkey sausage is ready! You can try it now!
