   1. First, we'll make the "white" layer. To do this, mix gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, egg white, sugar, and ice to taste in a shaker, blender, or using a food processor. Beat the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

   2. Pour this drink into a glass.

   3. Now place the grated chocolate at the bottom of the glass, and hang the cherry so that it's inside the glass but above the chocolate. I simply took two cherries, placing one on top and one at the bottom.
