   Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the cocktail. Chill the vodka beforehand, you can even put it in the freezer. Wash the grapefruit.

   Then peel the grapefruit and squeeze the juice from it. If you have a citrus press, simply cut the unpeeled grapefruit in half. Dip the rim of the glass into the juice, then immediately into salt to create a white salty rim. Strain the fresh juice and pour it into glasses. Add vodka. Garnish the cocktail with a slice of fruit.
